But the only reason you could think of that it would happen would be the temperature change.
In our emails, I'd explained that it never happens when transitioning from cold to warm or vice-versa. The post will work perfectly will sitting inside my house, I'll hang it up or put it upside-down for a day or two, and then when I flip the bike back upright and go to push the lever (all of this happening inside at ~20C) the lever is stuck. Revive and then it's all good to go. It's happened 10x or so over the time I've had it, summer, winter, anytime.
I was in the habit with Reverbs of storing it fully extended, as this prevented them from getting saggy. I'll try storing the Revive lowered now!
