Interesting. Based on my first day vs. second day experiences? I’d say it’s pretty tough to demo a bike long enough to sort out everything to a high degree but you should be able to get a good idea of fit and general shape. After that you likely have to rely on your research and company reputation. The good news is that it’s tougher than ever to mess up because bikes are getting so dialled.
