I've been on the citrusy-hoppy-beer bandwagon for about a year now. Really like them when they're not overly "piney". But… I recently bought a few Paulaner Hefe Weisen for my brother in law and had a taste… and it was a revelation! Beer didn't have to be bitter to be interesting, refreshing, and flavourful. Anyways, I liked it. You might too. It seems to hit the adjectives you used: refreshing, citrus-y, refreshing. Maybe not crip, it's certainly cloudy, but not too bad. I'd call it refined…
