I wondered if Pilsner was altered when Molson took it over.
Many (not all) of the Canadian IPAs are pure trash. It's fools gold for a
brewer. Add hops, brew too long and drown any subtlety with bitterness and
higher alcohol. And yet it sells. Can you blame them? The good ones (and lots
the session IPAs) have as much aroma as flavor. Anyway, I still like IPAs but
whenever I try a new one, it seems like it's 50/50 that it's going to suck.
Speaking of things that suck, how about that boost hub standard eh?
