MB-Zero used a threadless 68mm shell and the bottom bracket threaded into
itself (similar to how some companies are now making replacement BBs for
pressfit = not a new idea).
Technically, I believe, the system works in a BSA standard 68mm shell, if
you're willing to bore out the threads. Also it was fully rebuild able so
maybe I can get a pass for that.
