A properly lubed 350 is a very low drag hub. They just have the worst-in-class engagement - even with 36t upgrade installed - and diminishing returns in their legendary reliability for each step up in teeth: 16t / 36t / 54t. Any rider who doesn’t care about engagement is very well served by a stock 350/16t package and the value is excellent (even when considering it isn’t easily/completely user-serviceable)
