So the knob on the reach adjuster is just glued on? I didn't manage to turn by hand anyway so I had to use hex key to adjust. Once the knob is not on the reach adjuster I can just slide the blade off of it I assume. That's what I didn't know, so thanks for clarifying.
I'll do the blade swap asap and post here the result and eventual problems if someone else needed help and happened to find this.
