#!markdown Drew, nice job. May try the mayo thing next time sounds interesting and I've got some Primal Kitchen mayo……. You can also take your salmon, rinse and pat dry then put on some foil. Put good olive oil (the taste of the oil can have a huge impact on the final flavor) on it, then some rock salt. Let sit on the counter for 1/2 hour while the bbq heats up. Squeeze lemon on right before the Q. 1 lb pound center cut is 10-15 mins cooking usually. (All assuming bones are out). Full marks on the kitchen utensils.
