Agreed. If you can get by the tighter fit (_definitely_ try before you buy), these suckers work like Idtarod sled dogs on growth hormones. In almost 3 years, I've had no premature stitching or taping failures from shoddy workpersonship and just starting to burn holes through where my sit bones hit the saddle from muddy rides and wet commutes. Also, the material on the underside edge of the thigh-side started wearing off about a year in from upy-downy leg pedalling friction (due to tighter thigh fit). Otherwise, still going pretty strong as I ride them into the ground. Over 10-12C or so, these shorts get a bit warm (they _are_ Gore-tex), but they'll pretty much save your chammy and keep your jewels warm(er) on any really wet, cool ride. Solid wet commuting short too. Not cheap, but I am buying them again.
