I can't give you a power comparison with the V4\. Love the feel and working on them but it's been so long since I had \(limited\) trail time on a set it wouldn't be accurate.
MT5 and TRP Quadiem \(with better pads\) deliver similar power/performance. I prefer the TRP lever blade to the stock MT5 but for my smaller hands, the basic version of the HC lever blade from Magura is the best fit.
