#!markdown Thanks, Morgan. 1\. These are marginally stiffer than other Five Tens I've used. 2\. The ability to separate both parts of the shoe is big for drying but also to minimize the spread of bacteria (and therefore smell). The outers have nothing on them to absorb moisture, so they dry as quickly as the surface moisture can evaporate. The liners of course take slightly longer but there is no Fabric so their drying time is only limited by the microfleece and soft shell materials - both known to dry quickly. 3\. Holy shit! These laces never come undone but I'll start doing that for sure. Truth be told if I have a set of laces that come undone easily, I add an extra wrap before the loop and it works perfectly without creating a bulky double knot. Little trick learned from my late aunt.
