I got lucky here! I was wondering how heavy the wheels that came on my Remedy 8 were and I found this post! Not only did it answer the weight question (kinda mine are 27.5), I did not know about the hub upgrade! I was thinking of getting a set of the Line Elites or maybe Stan's as a lighter option in the near future, I haven't had any issues with the wheels as of yet but I've only had em 2 months.
