I’ve tended to always size down over the years and recently bucked the trend by taking Transition’s sizing advice on a Sentinel. I’ve only got a couple hours in so far, but I’m stoked with how that thing rides and similar to what you’re saying, it doesn’t work to analyze all the numbers independently. You really have to get on some of these bikes and feel how they ride.
