This is a great list of contacts for training! Thank you in advance One question I have - how did you start using yoga videos like Abi's from a complete beginner perspective?  How do you scale up yoga poses if you're really inflexible - in the same way that I can scale up/in lifts or other weight training regimes?  That's been the biggest obstacle to me when looking through her yoga videos or other online yoga courses.
