Hey Poz, the channel on these does go back quite far, but you should also check out Shimano's [M200](https://nsmb.com/articles/shimano-m200-mtb/) (if you can find them - they're a bit older) or [ME7](https://nsmb.com/articles/shimano-me7-shoes/) shoes. They have great range and can be set very far back. Giro's Montaro series (particularly the Mid version) also have deep reaching channels.
