I don't get the argument that you have to pay your dues and build trails for
others before yourself. Why does land ownership matter? Generally an expert
trail isn't using terrain that would be suited to beginners.
The more I build the more I realize that I need to build for myself. Not
everyone is going to like your trail no matter what, you might as well make
sure you do.
Get permission from the owner or administrator and build something that your
excited to ride.
