9 times out of 10, the people pissing and moaning about them have never ridden one.
According to the BC Motor Vehicle Act, they are legally defined as Motor Assisted Cycles. Start calling them motor bikes or motorcycles as soon as they start shipping with internal combustion engines that are bigger than 50cc.
