Interesting! That would be nice, if a new cassette would solve the problem. My
first experience was on XT-8000 that I installed last year, and most recently
was on XTR 9000 that I bought a couple months ago. But there's no telling how
long the XTR cassette was sitting on the shelf before getting installed. I'll
look into this possibility…
