#!markdown I've been on a gen 1 Blizzard since it came out, and man I have loved that bike. Not perfect, but it could be with a few small changes to the current gen I think. Here's my short fatbike wishlist: HA: 67° 197×12 rear thru axle Geometry designed around a 120mm fork A2C as standard, and maybe capable of 130/140mm without throwing everything too out of whack Clearance for a Vee 2XL 5.05 rear tire Shortest possible chainstays while maintaining that clearance Direct mount derailleur hanger Threaded BB STA: 73/74° Low enough seat tube and standover for a 150mm dropper, IR of course Ideally a 31.6mm seat tube Available as a frame only The newest Blizzard comes so close to having it all, but misses two points from my wishlist. The clearance for the 2XL, and the derailleur hanger. That's it. Come on Rocky Mountain! or Chromag! or Someone! The new Trek Farley surprisingly has clearance for the Vee 2XL, but misses a lot of other points I'm looking for if I were to move off my current Blizzard to a new frame.
