#!markdown Great review. I had a 2003 Heckler that I rode for 7 years. 6 of those years, it was ridden very hard. I only had to rebuilt the pivot ONCE. That is how god damn reliable those bikes are. On top of that, the only reason I moved on to a different bike (other than the liability of shredding a 7 year old bike) was because of the ever changing geometry of mtb`s. If you need a bike in the 3000 range, BUY A HECKLER.
