Fair point Bryce, as a frame only its definitely important. Most Hecklers are
sold as complete bikes and Dave was reviewing the bike not just the frame and
we're just getting sick of bike reviews being more about wheel diameter than
anything else - but fair point you made (we do include that information in our
material).
