as a former race organizer, I wouldn't expect nothing less than race day
litter. A part of my job when the race is over is to pick up all the garbage
and race markers. The racers' jobs are to be 100% focused on the race and
nothing else. If I am expecting racers to pick up after themselves then I'm
not doing my job as an organizer.
