This goes doubly for wearables (helmets, shoes, gloves, packs). If trying on a
thing is enabled by it being available in-store I feel it's only fair to buy
that product at that shop, or wait for them to order it in for me in the right
size or colour. Though if I have to call 4 times to follow up and make sure
the order actually got placed then I'm a lot less likely to remain loyal.
