I absolutely think it is a very vocal minority. I for one love having a lot of
nut clearance on my bikes. But look at pro downhillers, they don't have their
seat slammed down. On my size large canfield balance i would be pretty happy
with a 170mm dropper. At some point you have to think people are putting the
seats in the way of the tire deep in the travel ya know?
