#!markdown Just feel lucky that you're not an obsessive rock climber. I have a friend that clocks in at 150, and starts dieting if he sees the scales hit 153. In comparison, mountain biking is super kind to us portly protagonists. Actually, you could consider the climbing gym as a relatively fun way to get some fitness work in when the weather outside is horrendous, or your time is extremely limited. And, you'll never experience hand pump again.
