I'd actually like to see some more in-depth information on the OEM side,
especially the volume stuff, not necessarily making you guys sit through press
release verbal diarrhea about acronyms they can use to describe the latest and
greatest. Stuff like where the trickle-down frontier is going to hit at
various price points.
Little comparisons about which complete kits might be slightly better values,
or which mix-and-match kits are likely to be sleeper hits for those of us not
checking every bling box on a new bike purchase. Stuff like which dropper
posts are actually worth the OEM pricing, who's making OEM wheelsets that
might be worth keeping on a bike, and what aftermarket stuff might start to
appear in stock bike builds.
For the new bike models, I think we really just want pictures. Ditto on Tires,
Cockpit Parts, and other relatively static components - lots of pictures and
we'll be extremely happy.
Other than that, general impressions - I'd be fine if it was just a video
upload of turning those into a drinking game nightly - doesn't need to be
polished, just capturing impressions before mountains of press junket verbiage
starts to displace what initial impressions are.
