The usage of such helmet is very limited in my books. I use the chin piece
very rarely, max 3 times a year. I guess it is for situations where you ride
up and down frequently and just want that added protection against face
abbrasion without compromising ventilation and breathing. After all the face
is an important part of many people's professional lives. It's better to have
a few small marks, than a huge wound and then a scar.
