Just to clarify, it will hold true for all suspension designs but the negative
effects are significantly more pronounced on some bikes than others.
Presumably ones that have the most chain growth right around the optimal sag
point of their suspension design.
It would be interesting to see how friction clutches negatively impact
different suspension designs since a bi-product of their function is to resist
chain growth.
