I have used the All-M with a headlamp and it worked well for me but as I said
in the review, this helmet fits me as if designed for my head. All the
included pads do help get it just right. Good point about the sweat dripping
off the Gangsta pad - it does indeed drip off in front of eyewear (or a big
nose).
