that's why i asked if the 72 number was actual or effective. the seat tube is
swagged slightly just above the bb, so a 72 "actual" number would probably be
close to 74 "effective"
(meaning the real number would be somewhere in the middle, as is always the
case, since both of those numbers are functionally meaningless)
