A parade just rolled along 15th on its way to the memorial at Centennial
Theater. There were at least 400 SAR, Coast Guard, Police, RCMP, Fire,
Paramedics, Patrollers, and other first responders and safety and rescue
workers. And a pipe band. I'm sure it'll be a fitting memorial service. It
will sure be a full house.
