Hear, hear, morgman! Coffees and/or six packs get you more deals in the long
run than the initial investment in said "social lubricants". Especially on the
service side of things. …Or feel free to go buy cheap stuff online, but don't
expect very cheery service from the LBS when you inevitably have to go in. Why
should they invest in a relationship with you when you're clearly not going to
invest in one with them?
