Not having watched the Padloc video yet, I imagine to go something like this:
"Want to use Padloc grips and need to cut your bars down? Easy! Just run
three-phase power to your shop, purchase a vintage Bridgeport vertical milling
machine, level and lubricate it, make a mitering jig, set up your arbor and
hole saw, and bingo! File off the burs and your bars are cut."
