#!markdown Your comment reeks of apologism. The BC Parks plan was redolent of conflict of interest. A large part of of the plan was essentially written by a tourism operator who wants another tourism operator gone. You would roll over and take that in the chin? That's your choice to kowtow to the joke that is the government organization entrusted to govern the parks of this province. The comment about bias in the numbers is also illogical and makes utterly no sense. This was a public process designed to elicit public input. There was a campaign by mountain bikers to collect responses. There was also a campaign by hiking groups to collect responses. For the Parks Planner to question the public input as biased merely because the public actually participated in the public process says a lot about the Parks Planner biases. Never did I argue that mountain biking did not impact the environment. I am arguing that mountain bikers are singled out on subjective biases bases. Please do me the courtesy of not putting words in my mouth. Thanks for the input. I wish I could say it was meaningful
