#!markdown Recently switched back to clipped in for dh riding. Currently riding the 5.10 Hellcats (I think that's the model name). Like the review states, running the clips in the back of the channel is more reminisicent of my flats and less ankle stress. With the Hellcats, if the cleats are all the way in the back to the channel, I cannot clip out if the toe of my shoe aligns with the crank arm which can lead to scary situations. Does the longer, wider channel in these Impacts allow for cleat position that will let you unclip in all positions if the cleat is all the way back? FYI, this happens with both my XT Trail and DX Shimano pedals.
