I have been using Time pedal since getting back in to pedaling 5 or 6 years
ago. I love the feel of these pedal but there few details that I notice over
time (no pun intended) is that the round bars where the cleat engages flatten
over time which creates a bit of slop in the engagement. The only way to
remedy this is to replace the bars. Also, those same bars can wear into the
sole of you shoe over time creating further slop which cannot be remedied very
easy. I have heard of people putting thin metal plates under their cleats to
try and avoid this wear. It occurs more easily on plastic soled shoes, rather
than carbon.
