Point taken, but for me your argument gets lost in the ether between idealism
and reality. The reality is it's harder and harder to get people to commit to
spending more than thirty seconds on the content of a web page these days. We
both know (think? hope?) we're worth more than that, but that doesn't mean
everyone else's behaviour will support that view. Have a look at it on
medium.com. I think you'll find the writing to be neither dumbed down, nor
valued based on time needed to read it.
