I've been riding in the MIPS Trabec's for a few seasons, and can address
actually crashing and hitting my head….I had an OTB into a chute on Gargamel
in the Beast enduro last year, rolled out of it, straight back on bike, barely
felt like I had even impacted the helmet. At the end of the stage someone
asked if I had crashed as there was a huge impact/dent mark in the helmet, I
hadn't noticed any impact and felt fine. I'm totally sold on the MIPS
concept/technology and really have no interest in using a helmet that doesn't
feature it at this point.
