Stu, while you're shooting for the moon, why not ask Santa to change the spec
on that Giant (and every other brand) road bike to ditch the integrated seat
mast?
Want to travel somewhere with your (XL? XXL?) bike with integrated seat mast =
have fun fitting that in ANY travel case/bag… heck try packing a small bike
with a mast.
Want to sell your bike at some point? Make sure to put your inseam length, and
choice of pedals/shoes/saddle in your advert. Once that baby is cut to fit
have fun. Actually, make sure Santa buys you a high quality bike fit with that
beauty -- would hate to have a big forward adjustment in the future and find
out your post doesn't go high enough.
Comfort? Give me a 27.2 Thomson Masterpiece any day.
