Mountain biking is so much more than vertigo inducing GoPro footage, life threatening speed and laser guided seat posts. I love that my bike carries me away from the noise of the world and out into the peace of the woods. I always feel a bit uncomfortable when I realize I work in marketing (I blame formative years listening to Bill Hicks) so I have done my best to be sincere in what I do. This is how I really feel on most every ride. I hope this inspires you to get out into the trees and take some deep breathes.

As the 2024 World Cup season wraps up and autumn sets in here in the UK Rudi makes the decision to step away from racing and transition to free ride. With this shift in mind he now wants to focus his efforts on attending events and creating videos that showcase his riding and unique style.

Rachael Walker's story delves into the deeply personal topic of pregnancy loss, highlighting her strength, her journey, and healing through cycling. Sam Rice shares his experience of living with the effects of his father’s suicide, as well as own battles with depression and substance abuse, and how cycling became his outlet for resilience and recovery.
