Weekend Warmup #212

DMR | MAYHEM AT THE MALVERNS 2024

Each year the Malverns Classic is a must-do bike event on the calendar – and for 2024 we wanted to hit it hard and fast. We brought the DMR Pump Track Racing, the DMR Dirt Wars Finals and a whipoff jam, a thousand free socks and we assembled a crack squad to ride everything and anything all weekend. Dual Slalom, British 4X Champs, DMR Pump Track Race, Whipoff, DMR Dirt Wars Finals, Evans Lake Ride, Enduro, E-Bike DH Race, DH Racing, GasserDiaries Rave… we did the lot and smashed it, with slides gaffer-taped to our feet. Enjoy four days of DMR Bikes MAYHEM.

DEITY: FLAT TRAK featuring Eddie Reynolds

The crew at DEITY have assembled the creative dream team of Rupert Walker, Clay Porter, and Satchel Cronk to capture Eddie Reynolds on board the new DEITY Flat Trak Pedal and, as always, Eddie delivered dirt surf mastery! Enjoy the latest DEITY production and make sure to hit their site to dig into the details on the thinnest DEITY pedal to date, the all new Flat Trak pedal!

My Kona - Matt Harris

Matt Harris has been a Kona Ambassador for as long as the program has been alive. We love working with Matt because he’s introspective, thoughtful, and understands the importance of self-care. Matt owns a successful small business in Squamish (Alice and Brohm Ice Cream… Yum!), is a husband, dog dad, and a staple in the trail building community. He’s got plenty to balance, and he knows that keeping a clear mind is the key to happiness. Like so many of us, riding his bike is where he goes to clear his mind.

Alex Donnachie 'Still the Same' BSD BMX

Some things never change! Alex Donnachie back in front of his beloved VX with a mind blowing mix of technical street and big rail setups. We are very pleased to bring you Alex Donnachie 'Still the Same'. Enjoy...

Arc'teryx Presents: Ground Up

In an era where many climbers are using fixed ropes and sport-climbing tactics to free El Cap, climbers like Amity Warme and Brent Barghahn are choosing to keep adventure alive. Going ground up, Amity and Brent pull off a free ascent of the Pineapple Express variation of El Niño (5.13b/c) over eight days, battling variable conditions, friable rock, and, for Amity, a serious finger injury.

This documentary captures the tenacity, grit, and performance mindset required to go ground up on a free ascent of El Capitan.

Who are the CHAMPIONS? | BEYOND THE LINE Episode 4

Rob Warner, Emily Batty and Eliot Jackson are back in the studio. Joined by top riders, they delve deep into all the major action from the 2024 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup.

Fire Lines | Patagonia Films

In northern California, climate change and 150 years of forest mismanagement have led to some of the most catastrophic wildfires in the state’s history—including the Dixie Fire, which in 2021 devastated the Lost Sierra’s already struggling communities. In the face of that destruction, one group turned to trails for hope and to the past for a better future.

THE RIDGELINE

“This is probably the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen Gee do on a bike, absolutely on the very edge of what’s possible." - Dan Atherton Above Dyfi Bike Park, a grassy ridge runs down from a 666m summit. The views are stunning but just 2 metres to the left the land falls away, dropping hundreds of metres... Gee said “I’ve always wanted to film here, it’s so incredibly exposed and totally unique but it's not a fun place to ride, its terrifying!" Spectacular action from one of the world's toughest and most accomplished riders.
