Weekend Warmup #186
BRISTOL DAZE ft Laurie Greenland
From Santa Cruz Bicycles: There’s more to Laurie than meets the eye. You might know him as a driven downhill World Cup winning racer or a rider with as much style and swagger as a 70s motocrosser. But he’s also a chill dude that loves being at home, skating and surfing with his mates. Laurie's hometown of Bristol is also a bit of an enigma. It’s a a cultural contrarian, you could say. For a long time it’s been an anti establishment holdout for folks who have a healthy disregard for the status quo. If you're not familiar with the output of Bristol or some of its lore and biggest cultural exports, do yourself a favor and look it up.
Arc'teryx Presents: The Hagens
From Arcteryx: Deciding to have kids is a big decision. It’s probably one of the most daunting decisions many of us will face in our lifetimes. It’s perhaps even more magnified for those who already have life-fulfilling passions that fuel their sense of self and shape their goals. This is a documentary that explores the choice of having kids and the impact they can have on your time and values.
BNG TAPE - Tariq Haouche, Ben Gordon, Mike Curley & More
From Dig BMX: The BNG crew never stop! They're back with another dose of cold, crusty UK street for ya, this time featuring: Tariq Haouche, Tom Cookson, English Gary, Thaddeus O’Callaghan, Chris Smith, George Clarke, Bear, Adam Darby, Kayden Hankinson, Adrian Skiba, Ben Gordon, Mike Curley, John Gav, Jamie Walsh, Calen, and Louis Robinson.
"What A PYSCHO Run!" | Travis Rice's "Old Dog" Snowboard Edit
From Red Bull Snow: Travis Rice threads the needle through a handful of sessions when conditions come into alignment. In his 23rd season, Travis takes on the breathtaking 3700' vertical drop of the Velvet Castle in British Columbia, the wild backcountry of Valdez, and the familiar terrain of his home turf in Wyoming. Years of experience and intuitive riding are the attributes associated with an “Old Dog, Empty Head” mentality...
Sardines and Singletrack - Chase adventure on the new Rocky Mountain Instinct
From Rocky Mountain Bicycles: Olympian and athlete Sam Schultz crossed paths with photographer Margus Riga a few years ago and connected through their love of multi-day mountain biking adventures. In 2022, they teamed up for a Rocky Mountain photo shoot and spent three days in the rugged and remote Chilcotin Ranges. During that trip, Sam quickly discovered the definition of getting “Riga'd” - to undersell the difficulty of an adventure with the trust that your friends will probably survive anyway. A year later, Sam and Margus have a new assignment, this time in Toby Creek, Invermere. In search of yellow larches, beautiful backdrops and sunsets, the team explores the area in search of the perfect shots. Sam wasn't about to get Riga'd this time…
Brook MacDonald's Supernought Shakedown | Side Hits 011
From Forbidden Bikes: The Bull Dog, Mad Dog, Mr. Bull, or maybe the unstoppable force. Whatever you call the guy, the result is the same. Brook is a legend of the sport and one of the greatest people to ever do it. His rowdy style through the rough stuff makes him one of the most fun to watch riders in the scene. Pair that with the classic bulldog smirk and ability to get everyone around him stoked and you’ve got one recipe for good times on two wheels.
WILDEST Rider in Mountain Biking? - Kade Edwards
From Redbull Bike: Kade Edwards has quickly risen the ranks of MTB fame with his signature style. Having the UK youngster tear up the shaley hillside of Dyfi Bikepark in Wales is music to our ears!
Off Season Part 1 | Rhys Verner
From Forbidden Bikes: Join us in the world of Rhys Verner, a force to be reckoned with on the Enduro World Series. We take you behind the scenes as Rhys prepares for the upcoming race season, blending the worlds of biking and skiing in the stunning landscapes of the North Shore of Vancouver and Squamish.

Unwind - Meditative BMX
From Dan Foley: Ambient footage from a handful of sessions between late February and early March 2024. While shooting this, the presence of the upcoming spring season really helped me uncoil physically and mentally. It's funny how much of an impact a little consistent sunshine and warmth can have, even amidst battling a few tricks.
