Mountain bike manufacturer, YT Industries, from Forchheim, Germany was founded ten ago by CEO Markus Flossmann. Since then YT has risen from the first run of 150 steel dirt jump frames to dominating the Downhill World Cup. They aren't so much about superstars and winning races but about riding. The story of the brand is quite an interesting one and they share it in this video.

I never understood how they were able to survive the first years. The first Tues broke right out of the box, a lot of people were waiting for not existing spare frames to arrive. But somehow they were able to survive that year.
