Back in his day Rob Warner was a rather quick chap on a bike, and if his workout plan with Claudio Caluori was going to plan, you’d reckon he’d be able to take on a solitary lap of the UCI’s XC course at La Bresse. But given that this kind of riding seems to be hell on earth for him, some more training might be in order.
