Riding Century Old Trails in the Chilcotins

To gather inspiration for the Coast Gravity Park, the Coastal Crew journeyed deep into the heart of the Chilcotin Mountains in British Columbia for their Destination Trail location. What they found was unspoiled wilderness, rugged trails, and enough ideas to propel a lifetime of building and riding.

We certainly know where we’re booking our next vacation to.

Vik…. Sounds good. Either way. The Coastal crew is good at what they do. Riding and filming.

I am confused…. I remember being able to do the Chicotin rides in a day without a plane or pack horses….. I just rode my bike. Regardless it is still beautiful.

Sure you can. You just can't go in very far. There are lots of trails that are a day ride from the trailhead. There are also lots of trails that most riders couldn't get to and return to the trailhead in 1 day. Just depends how fast/far you can go in one day.

Yeap and no back packs on means they didn't really stray that far from the heli either. Not really embracing the wilderness or the real reason to go there is it?

shredding the meadows and quadcoptor camera edits- the remote Chilcotin back country has officially gone mainstream.

I'd hate to go there… seems so cramped, almost like I'm at the office. Also, where's the Starbuck's? Jeez… pathetic.
