I highly recommend turning on the auto closed captions. If only for Weed Simmons and Two Almonds Better Ham.

Peter.

PETER.

peter. c'mon man. You've been there.

You've flatted on perfect pavement. You've gone over the bars in the middle of a technical climb at 1 kph. You've smashed your pedal into a rock and gone ass over covfefe pot into the salal. We all have.

Don't be a judgmental richard. Alan posted a pretty sweet gif and spiced it up in here. Be spicy. Be sweet.

Assuming that’s the wide ladder on Espresso that I think it is, if you hang out there for a bit on any given (nice) Sunday you’ll see quite a few people walking it and learn a few words watching people attempt it.

This GIF is far from the worst crash Alan has witnessed here... we saw a guy stack so hard one day I thought his buddy watching was going to need medical attention from the shock.

I can’t say for certain what the hang up is but heard one rider a couple months ago calling it a “mind f*ck” and “the hardest part of Espresso”.

Lots of newer and/or more timid riders out there.

Years ago while learning to ride, I remember pulling a OTB superman near the top of the entrance into 7th. Even when I roll into it these days, I still get a quick flashback of crossing up my front wheel and the accompanying "oh shit..." feeling.

Amazing! Just met the postman on my path. "Here - sign for this", he says, and hands me an envelope. I open it and find $200 of gas gift cards and a letter congratulating me on winning! I never win anything. This is two full tanks of gas for my Xterra - about a month of driving. Thank you NSMB, thank you Toyota BC!
