Matt Dennison x Micayla Gatto Win Dirt Diaries
We thought Matt Dennison had retired from entering the Dirt Diaries at Crankworx. But Micayla Gatto talked him into entering this year, and they collaborated on an incredible parody of Kendrick Lamar's HUMBLE.
It is also a parody about the bike industry's past and present sexism, and a glimpse into a future full of awesome, ass-kicking women. In her acceptance speech, Gatto said she wrote it to sum up her experience as a pro, a mountain biker, and as a woman.

I love Matt's work - Beardless & Fearless is still my favourite cycling video - and I have to say that regardless I was blown away by how awesome this was.

I was confused while watching that, it felt kind of weird. I liked it so much but there was a dosage of shame. I talked about it to my friend from student NGO at UBC and she told me that I got subtriggered, it means I am offended without knowing about it.
