It was another hot day of racing in Lousa, Portugal for the final round of the 2020 UCI DH World Cup calendar. Fresh off a race on Friday, riders once again took to the course and put down some hot times. For the Elite Men's division, the race would be decided by just 0.170 seconds, as Frenchman Loic Bruni stormed down the course to unseat Greg Minnaar, who until that point had been occupying the hot seat. Matt Walker would finish 3rd, 1.415 seconds behind the pace. The top-placing Canuck was young gun Finn Iles in 16th, while fellow Canadian Mark Wallace would end up in 45th overall.
On the Elite Women's front, it would be Marine Caribou taking the top spot, with Nina Hoffmann and Tahnee Seagrave finishing 2nd and 3rd, respectively. This was also Tracy Hannah's last World Cup race before her retirement; she would finish 8th, with a nasty bobble putting her nearly 20 seconds back.
