Hoots Jay: the Dreaded One

Hoots Jay (aka Jay Hoots, Hootie, or Jay ‘Hoots’ Krantz) is one of the original free riders from Vancouver, BC and has been a Norco Bicycles athlete for almost two decades. A skilled and passionate rider, he is now committed to getting more people out riding in safe places with his bike parks projects.
