High Class Shred
Just east of Vancouver, you’ll find a playground of trails distinct from most of the sea to sky corridor. Unlike Whistler, the North Shore and Squamish, these trails don’t see massive traffic. You can find actual dirt on the trails and landings aren’t littered with bomb holes. These hidden gems offer some of the best riding in British Columbia.
It’s also home to prolific and skilled trail builders. Areas like Vedder, Bear Mountain, Sumas and the Woodlot make you feel like you are actually half a day’s travel from Vancouver but they aren’t much more than an hour’s drive on a good day.
In short – you shouldn’t go there.
Bear Mtn – Bear DH, Lorax, Bigguns
Sumas Mtn – Time Killer

Nope, nope and nope! Definitely not going to immediately plan a trip there, plan to ride there or plan to have the time of my life there. Nope!
